'We cannot become who we need to be by remaining who we are'
The College first gained IIP recognition in 2000. Working with the IIP Standard has encouraged us to continuously revise, refine and improve development strategies in order to demonstrate that there is a cohesive and managed approach to developing and managing our staff (a more focused approach to training and development has directly contributed to raising pupil achievement). Today, not only have we successfully met the new standards, but we have also been awarded two models of excellence, Leadership and Management along with Worklife Balance.
